1. Refundable Purchases
Refunds are available only for orders that are incorrect (e.g., wrong product shipped).
To request a refund, the product must be returned to the address below:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
A $45 shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the product.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement.
To be eligible:

• Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damage or defect.
• The damaged or defective product must be returned to the address above.
Please note: Damaged or defective products are NOT subject to the $45 shipping fee or the 25% restocking fee.

Please note that some product sizes may run smaller than expected.
To ensure the best fit, we recommend ordering one size up when applicable.
